The incredible combination of cherries and spices in the filling warms you up, and chocolate and banana notes, the pleasant sweetness of raisins and the unique taste of walnuts in the dough fill you with a wonderful feeling that everything will be perfect!
How to cook Spicy cherry-apple pie on chocolate dough with nuts and raisins
Step 1
Mix the starter with flour, oatmeal, salt and cocoa powder. Pour boiling water over raisins, coarsely chop the nuts. In a blender, puree 2 ripe bananas with sugar. Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough. Leave for 1 hour in a warm place to rise. For the filling, remove the stones from the cherry, cut the apple into cubes slightly smaller than the size of the cherry. Grind the cloves into a powder in a mortar. Mix berries, apples and spices with cornmeal and sugar. Pour the batter into the pie dish, leaving edges around the edges. Put the stuffing in the middle and bake for 45-60 minutes at 165°C.
