How to cook Gluten-free strawberry breadcrumbs

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 175°. Prepare dough. Mix both types of flour, add sugar and butter cut into pieces, grind into crumbs. Gradually adding water, knead the dough. It will get a little crumbly. Directly on baking paper (otherwise it will be difficult to transfer to a baking sheet) roll into a thin layer.

Step 2

Cut strawberries in half. Add starch, mix gently.

Step 3

The dough is on a baking sheet. Lay out the strawberries, leaving 3-4 cm free from the edges. Sprinkle the strawberries with sugar. Gently fold over the edges. Bake for 20 minutes.
