How to cook French beauties Shu
Step 1
Craquelin: mix all the ingredients until smooth, roll out between two sheets of parchment into a thin layer and put in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Step 2
Put oil and salt in a saucepan, pour in water. We put on fire and hold until the oil melts and the mixture begins to boil. Remove from heat and stir in flour. We return to the fire and hold until the dough becomes homogeneous and does not lag behind the sides.
Step 3
Remove the dough from the heat and one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each, introduce the eggs. Transfer the dough to a pastry bag or spoon onto a baking sheet. On top we put circles cut out of craquelin, with a diameter like our profiteroles. And send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
Step 4
We take the shu out of the oven, cool and carefully cut off the hats. Whip cream with sugar until peaks form. We stuff the shu with whipped cream, berries and delight the family!
