Cheese (cottage cheese), cream, sugar, beat in a blender. Add vanillin. Dilute instant gelatin with juice, heat and add to whipped mass.

Divide the cheese mass into 2 parts. Pour 1 part into molds for solidification. Leave 2 parts of the mass.

Step 3

Melt the chocolate in a water bath and mix with 2 parts of the cheese mass. Pour into molds and leave to set.
