Step 1
In a separate container, mix salt, sugar and vanilla sugar, chocolate, broken into pieces.
Step 2
Bring the milk to a boil and, with constant stirring, add the dry mixture to it, stir. As soon as the milk mixture boils, pour semolina in a thin even stream with constant stirring.
Step 3
Immediately whisk the mixture vigorously, bring to a boil and boil for 3 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly.
Step 4
Remove the mixture from heat and pour into molds. Place in the refrigerator to chill for 1 hour.
Step 5
Once set, remove the pudding from the molds and decorate: sprinkle with shredded coconut and serve with caramelized bananas.
