Description

The taste of chocolate-zucchini pie will pleasantly surprise you. Zucchini is almost not felt in it, but it is he who makes the dough tender and refined. This cake is best eaten warm.

Cooking

Step 1

Mix sugar, margarine and vegetable oil in a bowl. Mix in beaten eggs. Whisking continuously, add milk. Mix flour, soda, cocoa and ground cloves in a separate bowl. Combine both mixtures and quickly knead a light dough. Grate the zucchini, squeeze and mix with the dough. Pour the dough into a baking dish lined with greased paper. Sprinkle grated chocolate on top. Bake the cake in an oven preheated to 190ºС for 35-40 minutes. Serve warm.

180 g sugar
120 g of chocolate
a pinch of ground cloves
175 g flour
60 g vegetable oil
60 g of margarine
eggs - 2 pcs
60 ml milk
1 tsp soda
225 g zucchini
2 tbsp. l. cocoa powder
