Sandwich with vegetables and cheese

A simple and tasty sandwich in a hurry. Served warm.

Ingredients

  • whole grain toast bread -2 slices
  • avocado - 1/2 pc.
  • sweet pepper - 1/2 pc.
  • spinach leaves - 10 g
  • red onion - 1/2 pc.
  • hard cheese - 50 g

Cooking

Step 1

Grill the bread in a dry frying pan.

Step 2

Put sliced avocado, red onion rings, sweet pepper rings, cheese slices, spinach leaves on a slice of toasted bread. Place the second piece of bread on top and heat on the grill for 2-3 minutes.

Step 3

Serve immediately! Enjoy your meal!
