Puff bows with sugar
My kids love puff bows. It seems that there is nothing special, supernatural in them, but when I ask what to bake, my eldest son immediately answers: “Bows”. This is a good lifesaver for parents: fast, tasty and a lot). So I want to share this simple recipe with you. Once upon a time, my mother baked them for me, and I helped her with this! Now my eldest son willingly wraps, sprinkles with sugar and subsequently swallows these crisps. What else do you need for a loving mother?
Ingredients
Servings 6- sugar - 5 tbsp. l.
- puff pastry without yeast - 500 g
- flour - 2 tbsp. l.
Cooking
Step 1
Defrost the dough and roll out in one direction. Cut into strips, about 1.5-2 cm wide, then into rectangles.
Step 2
Roll each rectangle in the form of a bow (as if wrapping a candy) and place on a baking sheet, after sprinkling it with flour.
Step 3
Sprinkle generously with sugar (the more, the tastier) and bake in the oven for 15 minutes. at 180 degrees to a light golden color!
Step 4
Disappearing at the speed of light! About 80 pieces come out of 2 layers of dough, but it all depends on how you roll out the dough. I love when it's thinner.
Step 5
Enjoy your meal!
