Pine cone jam with honey
Ingredients
Servings 20- 140 young pine cones
- 300 g sugar
- 100 g flower honey
- 100 ml of delicious drinking water
Cooking
Step 1
Pour the cones in a saucepan with sugar. Add honey and 100 ml of tasty drinking water. Leave for 1 hour.
Step 2
Return the pot to the heat and simmer over low heat until thickened, 10 to 16 minutes. Remove foam from time to time.
Step 3
Cool completely and pour into jars. Seal.
