Pancakes with spinach and cheese

- chicken egg 2 pcs.
- milk 2 cup(s)
- wheat flour 1 cup(s)
- hard cheese 150 g
- sugar 1 tsp.
- baking powder 1 tsp
- salt 1 pinch(s)
Cooking
Step 1
Beat eggs with sugar and salt until foamy, add warm milk. Pour in the sifted flour. Add baking powder and mix well. Then add grated cheese and spinach. Add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and mix well again. Bake pancakes in a pan.
