- milk - 500 ml
- vegetable oil - 50 ml
- egg - 2 pcs.
- veal tenderloin - 100 g
- shallot garlic - 5 g
- potatoes - 1 pc.
- cream - 30 ml
- salt - to taste
- concentrated meat broth - 40 ml
- chopped parsley - 10 g
Cooking
Step 1
Prepare pancakes. To do this, knead the dough: mix flour, milk, 25 ml of butter and eggs. Fry pancakes in the remaining vegetable oil.
Step 2
Boil the veal and divide it into segments

Fry segmented veal with shallots in a pan. Add mashed potatoes and cooked veal.

Prepare Ju Sauce. To do this, add chopped parsley and cream to the concentrated meat broth and simmer in a pan until the sauce thickens.
