Servings 4-5- 100 g butter
- a handful of any herbs
- salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Step 1
Mix the butter with a handful of any herbs, from parsley and dill to rosemary and thyme. A very tasty oil is obtained by adding arugula or watercress. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper to taste. Serve with red and white fish, steamed vegetables.
