Fruit ice from pears and peaches
Ingredients
Servings 6- 500 ml juice from pears and peaches (I used 4 pears and 2 peaches)
- sugar 100 g
- water 100 ml
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Cooking
Step 1
Make syrup from sugar and water. Mix with pear and lemon juice and pour into silicone ice cream molds. Send to the freezer for at least an hour.
