Pear, Peaches, Ice cream, Fruit ice

Fruit ice from pears and peaches

Ingredients

Servings 6
  • 500 ml juice from pears and peaches (I used 4 pears and 2 peaches)
  • sugar 100 g
  • water 100 ml
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Cooking

Step 1

Make syrup from sugar and water. Mix with pear and lemon juice and pour into silicone ice cream molds. Send to the freezer for at least an hour.
