Delicious beetroot
Ingredients
Servings 1- beets - 100 g
- boiled egg - 1 pc.
- fresh cucumbers - 25 g
- green onion - 10 g
- sour cream - 20 g
- Dijon mustard - 20 g
- creamy horseradish - 20 g
Cooking
Step 1
Boil beets, peel, grate. Chop the egg, cucumbers and onions into small strips.
Step 2
Put all the vegetables and egg in a plate, pour beetroot broth.
Step 3
Serve with sour cream, mustard and creamy horseradish.
