Chinese dumplings
Ingredients
Servings 2- flour - 250 g
- water - 100 ml
- beef - 500 g
- pork - 250 g
- celery (stalk) - 250 g
- leek - 20 g
- dark haiten sauce - 25 ml
- sesame oil - 10 ml
- onion oil - 150 g
- salt - to taste
Cooking
Step 1
Knead the dough for dumplings by mixing flour, water, egg and salt. Roll.
Step 2
Prepare the filling. Pass the beef and pork through a meat grinder, finely chop the onion and celery, season the minced meat with oil, salt and sauce.
Step 3
Put the prepared stuffing into the dough. Boil dumplings for 8 minutes, then fry for two minutes in vegetable oil with the addition of flour until crispy.
