Knead the dough for dumplings by mixing flour, water, egg and salt. Roll.
Prepare the filling. Pass the beef and pork through a meat grinder, finely chop the onion and celery, season the minced meat with oil, salt and sauce.
Put the prepared stuffing into the dough. Boil dumplings for 8 minutes, then fry for two minutes in vegetable oil with the addition of flour until crispy.
