Bread with malt in a bread machine

Ingredients

Servings 10-12
  • 350 g wheat flour
  • 50 g rye bread
  • 2 tbsp. l. malt
  • 1 st. l. sugar or liquid honey
  • 310 ml water
  • 1.5 tsp yeast
  • 1 h. l. year
  • 2, 2 st. l. vegetable oil
  • cumin, coriander, prunes, nuts, seeds to taste

Cooking

Step 1

Put flour, bread, malt, sugar, water, yeast, salt, vegetable oil and spices in a bucket of a bread machine according to the instructions and bake. Select the "White Bread" or "French Bread" setting.
