Step 1

Put flour, bread, malt, sugar, water, yeast, salt, vegetable oil and spices in a bucket of a bread machine according to the instructions and bake. Select the "White Bread" or "French Bread" setting.

350 g wheat flour
50 g rye bread
2 tbsp. l. malt
1 st. l. sugar or liquid honey
310 ml water
1.5 tsp yeast
1 h. l. year
2, 2 st. l. vegetable oil
cumin, coriander, prunes, nuts, seeds to taste
