Banana split
Ingredients
Servings 4 servings- vanilla sugar - 1 tsp
- powdered sugar - 50 g
- 8 small meringues
- 500 ml vanilla ice cream
- 1-2 ice cubes
- juice of 1 lemon
- 50 g almond flakes
- 500 ml sour cream
- 4 bananas
- 400 g strawberries

Step 1
Peel the bananas, cut in half lengthwise and sprinkle with half the lemon juice. Wash the strawberries, remove the stalks and beat in a mixer with the remaining lemon juice. Place bananas vertically in serving glasses, placing 2 scoops of ice cream in the center of each and 2 meringues around the edges. Drizzle with strawberry mixture and sprinkle with almonds. Decorate with Chantilly cream, for which it is good to beat all the indicated ingredients. Until serving, keep the split in the refrigerator.
