Appetizer from turkey breast “Tender”

There are 3-4 hours before the arrival of guests and you want to treat them to a chic meat appetizer? Then my recipe is for you! Fragrant, tender and juicy turkey breast appetizer - for those who love tasty, but watch their weight and adhere to proper nutrition! Cooking is as easy as shelling pears, and observing the temperature regime for the oven, you get the perfect, not overdried poultry meat for cutting with the aroma of peppers and fennel!

Ingredients

  • turkey breast - 0.5 pcs
  • a mixture of peppers (peas) - 1 tbsp. l.
  • fennel (dried seeds) - 1 tsp
  • vegetable oil - 0.5 tsp
  • salt - to taste

Cooking

Step 1

Rinse the brisket, dry it.

Step 2

Crush the peppers and fennel in a mortar.

Step 3

Put the breast on a silicone mat on a wire rack (or on parchment on a baking sheet), salt and sprinkle with spices on both sides, lightly oil the top. Leave for 30 min.

Step 4

Cook at 85 degrees - 50 minutes. (depending on the thickness of the piece).

Step 5

Remove, wrap in parchment (foil) and refrigerate for 1.5-2 hours. Get, cut and enjoy the taste and aroma!
