How to cook Pie with cottage cheese and dill
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C. For the filling, rinse the dill and remove the stems, chop finely. Peel the garlic, crush and mince.

Mix cottage cheese, cream and eggs, grind with a blender until smooth. Then add garlic, dill, paprika, salt and pepper and mix until smooth.
Step 3
Roll out the dough and spread it into shape, the edges of the dough should hang down a little. Then put the filling in an even layer in the form, wrap the edges of the dough inward. Lubricate the open areas of the dough with yolk.
Step 4
Bake until golden brown, about 45 minutes. Cool before serving.
