Step 1

Scroll the duck fillet through a meat grinder with onions, make a sausage, fry in vegetable oil, bring to the oven until tender.

Step 2

Fry the onion in vegetable oil, add butter and sugar and caramelize, add red wine, evaporate, add chicken broth and demi glass. Cook until the consistency of a thick soup. Serve with duck kebab and french fries.
