Step 1

Dissolve sugar, yeast in warm milk, add 2 tbsp. l. flour, mix and put the dough in a warm place for 15 minutes, during which time the dough will rise. Add oat bran, salt to the dough.

Step 2

Add flour, vegetable oil and knead the dough, leave for 20-25 minutes to make the dough rise. Roll out the dough into a layer.

Step 3

Salt the minced meat, pepper, mix. Spread the mince evenly over the dough. Finely chop the green onion and put on minced meat. Cut the tomato into pieces. Lay the chopped olives and tomato on top of the minced meat with the onions.

Step 4

Roll the dough into a roll. Cut the roll into cross pieces (I got 9 cupcakes). Pour batter cut side down into cupcake liners. Let the cupcakes rest for 20 minutes.

Step 5

Grate the cheese on a fine grater and sprinkle on the muffins. Bake in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

oat bran - 3 tbsp. l.
dry yeast - 1/2 tsp
salt - to taste (for dough and filling)
sugar - 1/2 tbsp. l.
vegetable oil - 1.5 tbsp. l.
milk - 110 ml
minced turkey - 140 g
tomatoes - 1 pc.
Dutch cheese - 50 g
olives - 6 pcs.
ground black pepper - to taste
green onion - to taste
