Step 1

Cut the fish fillet into squares with a side of 4 cm and a thickness of 0.5 cm. Scald with boiling water, put in a colander, let the water drain, transfer to a plate. Season with vinegar and leave for 1 hour.

Step 2

Peel the radish, chop finely, season with sesame oil, thinly sliced red pepper, sugar, broth, vodka, sesame seeds. Add thinly sliced carrots and minced garlic.

Step 3

Mix the resulting vegetable appetizer with fish fillet. It is better if the dish is infused in the refrigerator before serving, 1-2 hours.

300 g fish fillet (cod, hake)
50 g radish
sugar - 1 tsp.
5 g finely chopped red hot pepper
1 g sesame seeds
sesame oil
10 ml rice vodka
table vinegar - 1 tbsp. l.
10 g of carrots
