How to cook Crispy chocolate chip cookies

Step 1

Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add vanilla essence, flour, starch, cocoa, salt and mix until you get a dough. Chop the chocolate into pieces or grate on a coarse grater and add to the dough. Divide the dough into pieces and roll them into balls.

Step 2

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Place the balls evenly spaced on the baking sheet. Flatten them with a fork. Bake 20 min. Refrigerate first 10 min. on a baking sheet, then transfer to a lined dish
