Chicken sticks with sesame seeds

Due to marinating, the chicken fillet comes out tender. Marinate in kefir all night or in the morning for the whole day. And the cooking process will only take a few minutes! All you need is a hot frying pan. Such sticks will interest children and will appeal to adults. A light green salad will make an excellent company for them.

How to cook Chicken sticks with sesame seeds

Step 1

Cut the chicken fillet into strips (it is better to cut across the fibers).

Step 2

Pour kefir with seasonings (you can vary) into a deep bowl, add salt and put chicken strips in it. Marinate 8 hours. The longer the marination, the more tender the meat. It is convenient, for example, to marinate the chicken overnight, then in the morning you can quickly fry the sticks for breakfast. Or you can put the meat in kefir in the morning, leaving for work, so that after returning home you can immediately cook dinner.

Step 3

Remove the strips from kefir, roll in flour with sesame seeds on all sides, put on a heated frying pan with vegetable oil, fry until browned on one side (about 3 minutes), turn over and fry on the other side (also about 3 minutes).

Step 4

While the chicken is roasting, peel 2 cloves of garlic and finely chop (or crush with a garlic press). Put chicken sticks on a dish, mix with garlic. You can also sprinkle with sesame seeds for decoration. Serve hot with a side dish (vegetables or lettuce).
