Snowflake Cookies

Ingredients

  • 150 g flour
  • 125 g butter
  • 60 g sugar
  • a pinch of salt
  • 4 tsp vanilla sugar
  • jam or confiture (to your taste), I used blackcurrant jam

Cooking

Step 1

From flour, butter, sugar, 2 tsp. vanilla sugar and salt knead the dough. Place in refrigerator for 1 hour.

Step 2

Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Roll out the dough into a thin layer and cut out figures in the form of snowflakes from it with a mold (I got 16 snowflakes).

Step 3

Cut out the center of 8 snowflakes. Bake all cookies in the oven for 8 minutes. Remove from oven. Sprinkle snowflakes with a hole immediately with 2 tsp. vanilla sugar. Spread the whole biscuit with jam, cover with the remaining biscuits.
