Quesadilla with flank steak
Ingredients

- mozzarella - 15 g
- cheddar - 15 g
- white mushrooms - 50 g
- flank steak - 50 g
- bell pepper - 50 g
- cilantro - 10 g
- sun-dried cherry tomatoes - 30 g
Cooking
Step 1
Put cherry tomatoes, sliced porcini mushrooms, tonic flank steak slices and lightly fried bell pepper on the tortilla. Sprinkle mozzarella and grated cheddar cheese on top.
Step 2
Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes. At a temperature of 180 degrees. Sprinkle with cilantro when serving.
