Eggs stuffed with hummus
Ingredients
Servings 12- 6 hard boiled eggs
- 2 tbsp. finished hummus
- 1 tbsp natural yogurt
- 0.5 tsp. Adjiki
- a pinch of ground cumin
- salt, red hot pepper
- pine nuts for serving
Cooking
Step 1
Peel the eggs and cut in half lengthwise. Remove the yolk, mash with a fork, mix with yogurt, hummus and adjika until smooth. Season with salt and spread into proteins.
Step 2
Roast the pine nuts in a dry frying pan until golden brown.
Step 3
Sprinkle eggs with nuts and red pepper.
