Beetroot Ravioli with Avocado and Walnuts
Beetroot ravioli?! Can this be? Maybe if this dish was invented and prepared by the chef. It cooks even faster than classic pasta ravioli, and makes a very favorable impression, like homemade Italian pasta. In addition to the spectacular visual performance, all eaters will appreciate the excellent combination of avocados, grapes and walnuts.
Ingredients
Servings 1- beets - 70 g
- avocado - 60 g
- walnuts - 15 g
- seedless grapes - 40 g
- salt - to taste
- balsamic sauce - to taste
- olive oil - to taste
- micrograss - for decoration
Cooking
Step 1
Boil the beets and cut into thin slices.
Step 2
Prepare the filling for the ravioli. Mash the avocado with a fork. Finely chop the grapes. Chop the walnuts into large crumbs. Mix the ingredients, adding a little olive oil, salt and balsamic sauce.
Step 3
Put the stuffing on the beet slices, cover with the remaining slices on top. Serve immediately.
