Description

This simple wild duck dish is easy to prepare, but it turns out very tasty. We need to rub the wild duck with a mixture of salt and pepper, pour over with olive oil, stuff with apples, place on a baking sheet and bake the game in the oven.

Cooking

Step 1

In a small bowl, mix together one teaspoon each of salt, black and red pepper. Rub the wild duck well inside and out. Drizzle generously with olive oil. Stuff the duck with chopped apples and sew up. Place the game in an oven preheated to 220 degrees, where it was baked for me for 1.5 hours. Periodically water the duck with its own juice. The dish is ready.
