Tropical cream of bananas with coconuts

How to cook Tropical cream of bananas with coconuts
Step 1
Cut peeled bananas and grind them with sugar in a blender to a puree. Pour flour into a bowl, pour in coconut milk, grated zest and juice of 1 lime, a pinch of salt. Add bananas, mix. Divide the mixture among 4 bowls, cover with foil and place in the oven. Cook 10 min. at 170ºC, then remove, sprinkle with brown sugar and place under a very hot grill for 1-2 minutes to melt the sugar. Cool. Garnish with shredded coconut and, if desired, lime slices.
