Strawberry jam with oranges and mint
Very tasty and magically fragrant strawberry jam, in which the tastes of orange, strawberry and mint are perfectly mixed!
How to cook Strawberry jam with oranges and mint
Step 1
Bring 2 liters of water to a boil, blanch oranges in it for 2-3 minutes. Dry oranges, cool, cut into thin slices, along with the skin.
Step 2
Oranges, along with strawberries (if the strawberries are small, you don’t need to cut them, if they are large, cut into halves), put them in a copper basin (or in a bowl in which you cook jam), cover with sugar, leave for 4-5 hours, so that the strawberries and oranges gave juice.
Step 3
Rinse the mint, dry well, chop, add to the jam.
Step 4
Bring the jam to a boil, cook for 5 minutes, periodically removing the foam, cool.
Step 5
Step 4 repeat 3 times until the jam thickens. Pour into sterilized jars, close with screw caps.
