Description

Sour cream pie with cherries will appeal to those who love juicy filling in pies and light sourness in taste. But do not be afraid, the sourness is just light - after all, there are a lot of cherries in the filling. The necessary sweetness is achieved due to the most delicate sour cream.

Cooking

Step 1

Remove pits from cherries.

Step 2

Preheat oven to 180˚C. Melt butter and cool slightly. Mix the melted butter with sour cream, add the sifted flour and a pinch of salt and knead a soft dough. Grease a baking sheet with oil and spread the dough over it with your hands, forming small sides.

Step 3

To fill, beat the egg with sour cream and sugar, add flour. Put the cherry on the dough and pour over the filling.

Step 4

Place the pie in the oven and bake for 40 minutes. Cool the finished pie and then cut.
