Pancakes with eggs and green onions

For some reason, fried pancakes are not as popular as spring rolls. And in vain, because they look so beautiful. We offer to fill this gap and learn how to cook them.

How to cook Pancakes with eggs and green onions

Step 1

In a large bowl, lightly beat the eggs with sugar and salt, pour in the kefir and mix. Sift the flour and add to the liquid mixture, mix well, 2 so that there are no lumps.

Step 2

Pour 1 cup boiling water into the dough and stir. Leave for 10 min. Add vegetable oil.

Step 3

For the filling, cut the eggs into small cubes. Finely chop the green onion. Mix eggs with onion, salt and pepper a little.

Step 4

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and brush lightly with oil. Pour in the center of the pan about 3-4 tbsp. l. dough (depending on size), rotate the pan so that it is evenly distributed.

Step 5

Fry for 30 seconds, as soon as the dough begins to set a little, sprinkle the pancake with 1 tbsp. l. toppings and continue frying until the underside is browned.

Step 6

Carefully flip the pancake to the other side and cook until done, 20-30 seconds. Transfer to a platter, brush with melted butter and keep warm.
