Homemade apple strudel

Better than strudel can be homemade strudel. Classic apple strudel is quite easy to make at home.

How to cook Homemade apple strudel

Step 1

Mix flour, water, vegetable oil. Add salt. From the resulting mass, make two balls, cover them with a film, leave for 30 minutes. at room temperature. While the dough is rising, make the marinade: mix the thinly sliced apple, powdered sugar, raisins, almonds, cognac, cinnamon, lemon juice and vanilla sugar.

Step 2

After 30 minutes, roll out the dough very thinly, first with a coil, then with your hands, so that the thickness is almost transparent. It turns out a rectangular size of 30 cm by 50 cm. Brush the surface with melted butter with a brush. Sprinkle half of the lower surface with breading, and put the marinade on the same half.

Step 3

Make a roll and press well so that there is no air left inside. Brush the roll with butter. Place on parchment paper and bake for 15 minutes. at a temperature of 220 degrees.
