Easter cake pistachio

Step-by-Step Cooking Instructions
Step 1
In warm milk, add 100 g of flour, yeast and 1 tbsp. l. sugar, mix well and leave in a warm place for 40-50 minutes. for the approach. Melt the butter and cool, remove the eggs and sour cream from the refrigerator in advance. Add eggs, butter, sour cream, salt, mashed with sugar to the dough and mix well. Add the rest of the flour and knead the dough with your hands. Cover with a towel and keep warm. When the dough comes up, knead it again, cover and remove.
Step 2
Peel and chop the pistachios, divide into 2 parts (one larger for the dough, and the other smaller for the glaze).
Step 3
When the dough comes up again, add most of the nuts and knead it well. Arrange on greased forms into 1/2 part, cover with a towel and put in a warm place. Bake in a preheated oven. After 5 minutes after being ready, carefully remove the cakes from the molds (otherwise it will be more difficult later).
Step 4
Frosting: Whisk the egg white until stiff, add the icing sugar in batches and continue beating until soft peaks form. Add chopped pistachios and mix, apply glaze on Easter cakes.
