How to cook Easter cake pistachio
Step 1
In warm milk, add 100 g of flour, yeast and 1 tbsp. l. sugar, mix well and leave in a warm place for 40-50 minutes. for the approach. After 5 minutes after being ready, carefully remove the cakes from the molds (otherwise it will be more difficult later).
Step 4
Frosting: Whisk the egg white until stiff, add the icing sugar in batches and continue beating until soft peaks form. Add chopped pistachios and mix, apply glaze on Easter cakes.
