Delicate dessert a la francais

Step 1

Carefully cut the croissants in half with a sharp knife.

Step 2

We spread ice cream on one of the halves (moreover, it should not be very frozen in consistency, but not soft either).

Step 3

Ea ice cream lay out our fresh berries (raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, in a word, any that are), sprinkle grated dark chocolate on top.

Step 4

We cover with the second half of the croissant and serve our masterpiece dessert a la francais to the table. Eat immediately without delay!
