How to cook Creamy Garlic Puree

Step 1

Pour the broth into a saucepan and place on the fire. Add rosemary and garlic to the broth. Bring to a boil, add salt and potatoes. Cook until the potatoes are done for 10-15 minutes.

Step 2

Add hot milk, melted butter, sour cream, salt and pepper to taste to the cooked potatoes and mash the potatoes into a puree.
