How to cook Chocolate sausage
Step 1
Bring the cream to a boil (do not boil!). Melt chocolate in cream, mix well.
Step 2
Add softened butter, stir until smooth.
Step 3
Break 2/3 cookies into small pieces, grind 1/3 into very small crumbs.
Step 4
Finely chop the nuts, candied fruits, mix with cookies and add to the chocolate mass.
Step 5
Put a cling film of the same size on the foil, then put the chocolate mass on top, shape it into a sausage and let it harden in the refrigerator.
