Cake "Good evening, darling"

Cooking

Step 1

Cakes: in a deep bowl, pour 1 tbsp. sugar, add 3 tbsp. sifted flour, 100 g butter, 1 tbsp. kefir or sour cream, 1 egg, a bag of baking powder and salt. Knead the elastic dough, and then divide it into 4 parts. Roll out each blank with a rolling pin to the size of your pan and fry until cooked on both sides. Cut the cooled cakes on a plate so that their edges become even.

Step 2

Protein cream: separate the proteins from the yolks. We do this carefully so that the yolk does not get into the whites, otherwise the cream may not work. Pour the squirrels into our prepared small saucepan, add sugar to the squirrels and you can lightly grind with a spoon. We take a large saucepan, pour water into it and put it on fire. We are waiting for the water to boil in it. We put a saucepan with proteins and sugar in it, we get a water bath. And immediately begin to beat the whites with a mixer at high speed. After 5 minutes of whipping, add citric acid to the proteins and continue to beat for another 5 minutes. In total, it will take 10 minutes to steam the protein cream. Make sure the water in the large pot is simmering, if it boils too much, lower the heat. The cream will almost double in volume and will hold its shape. Turn off the mixer and look at the state of the cream, if it keeps well on the blades and does not fall off, then the cream is ready.

Step 3

Liquid chocolate: Melt 100 g of butter, add powdered sugar (150 g), cocoa (50 g), mix with a mixer and add warm milk (100 g) to the desired consistency - not thick and not too liquid.

Step 4

Assembly: cake, jam, cream, jam, cake and so on. Liquid chocolate.

Step 5

Decoration: we make a side of marshmallows and decorate with a sprig of grapes.
