Thai marinade for chicken, beef and seafood
Ingredients
Servings 8-10- 1 small bunch of cilantro
- 1 tsp chili paste or 2 tsp. hot chili sauce
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp. l. fish sauce
- 2 tbsp. l. lime juice
- 3 Art. l. Sahara
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
Cooking
Step 1
Finely chop the cilantro without stems and garlic, mix with the rest of the marinade ingredients. Mix with prepared chicken, beef or shrimp.
