  • 2-3 cloves
  • orange or lemon peel
  • 75 g of sugar or 50 g of honey
  • 200 g rhubarb
  • 1 liter of water

Cooking

Step 1

Wash rhubarb, peel, cut into small pieces and boil with cloves and orange or lemon zest. Strain, add sugar or honey, cool.
