Quinoa pancakes “Alfahor” from Vasily Zaitsev
Ingredients
Servings 4- 100 g boiled condensed milk
- 30 g condensed milk
- 60 g rice flour
- 60 g quinoa flour
- 40 g powdered sugar
- 5 g baking powder
- 2 g of salt
- 2 eggs
- 230 ml yogurt
- 5 ml of yuzu juice
- 20 ml vegetable oil
Cooking
Step 1
Mix all pancake ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Bake pancakes on a Teflon pan without oil, frying them on both sides until cooked.
Step 2
Mix boiled condensed milk with condensed milk and pour over hot pancakes with this sauce.
