Butter with capers

Ingredients

Servings 4-5
  • 100 g butter
  • 2 tbsp. l. capers
  • 2 tbsp. l. finely chopped red onion
  • some salt and freshly ground black pepper

Cooking

Step 1

Mix butter with capers, previously finely chopped or chopped in a blender. Add 2 tbsp. l. finely chopped red onion, a little salt and freshly ground black pepper. Serve with hot smoked or grilled fish.
