Burger with fried eggs and cold cuts

Ingredients

Servings 4
  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 g cold cuts (ham, boiled sausage)
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • butter
  • salt, freshly ground black pepper

Cooking

Step 1

Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the eggs one at a time to make a fried egg. Salt and pepper.

Step 2

Cut the tomatoes into thin slices.

Step 3

Warm up the buns. Put in a lettuce leaf. Lay the sliced meat and tomato slices in layers. Lay an egg on top. Cover with the second half of the bun.
