Warm berry dessert with sabayon sauce

How to cook Warm berry dessert with sabayon sauce
Step 1
Warm the berries with sugar over medium heat, stirring, until the sugar dissolves (fresh-frozen berries do not need to be thawed first - this saves time). Switch off when signs of boiling appear and allow the mixture to cool to room temperature
Step 2
Prepare the sabayon: in a water bath, beat the yolks with sugar with a whisk or mixer, dilute with wine, cook, whisking, until thick. At the end, add butter.
Step 3
Arrange the berry mixture in bowls (glasses), pour over warm sauce, serve.
