Description

Homemade cookies are the most cozy pastries! Cookies according to this recipe are incredibly tender, crispy and crumbly at the same time. Be sure to bake-bake-bake and treat!

Cooking

Step 1

Beat butter at room temperature with a mixer at high speed for 5 minutes.

Step 2

Add two types of sugar and powdered sugar, nutmeg and a pinch of salt. Beat well for 3 minutes.

Step 3

Add 2 yolks, beat. At this stage, prepare nuts or seeds (if using nuts, grind into small crumbs, but not to the state of flour). We introduce the flour and at the lowest speed of the mixer mix the dough until all the flour is mixed.

Step 4

Add prepared nuts or seeds. Mix with a spatula. We divide the dough into 2-3 parts. Part of the dough can be frozen. The part from which we will bake cookies is rolled out on a film 5-6 mm thick.

Step 5

Place this layer in the refrigerator for at least a couple of hours. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.

Step 6

We take out a layer of dough and immediately cut out the cookies. Squeeze some jam on top through a pastry bag. Bake for 10-13 minutes. You need to watch how golden it is, pull it out. It turns out incredibly tasty cookies - try it!
