Description

Salads with strawberries have already ceased to be something amazing, while remaining no less beloved. After all, this berry goes well with salty cheese, spicy arugula and oily avocado.

Cooking

Step 1

Put the nuts in a dry, heated frying pan and fry until fragrant, 3 minutes. Break the cheese into small pieces.

Step 2

Peel the avocado, remove the pit, cut the flesh into cubes. Free the strawberries from the leaves, cut in half or, if the berries are large, into four parts. Peel the onion and cut into thin half rings.

Step 3

For dressing, combine honey, balsamic vinegar, salt and black pepper. Add olive oil and beat well.

Step 4

Place all salad ingredients in a bowl and drizzle with dressing. Stir and serve immediately.

350 g sweet strawberries
1 avocado
100 g goat cheese or feta
1/2 cup walnuts or cashews
1 small red onion
1/3 cup olive oil
3 art. l. balsamic vinegar
2 st. l. Teddy bear
freshly ground black pepper
salt
