Pour orange juice into a saucepan, add honey, thyme, bring to a boil and evaporate to a syrup. Wash the strawberries, dry and cut into small slices, season with pepper and put in the refrigerator. Pour milk into a saucepan, add rice, sugar and bring to a boil. Then reduce the heat, cover, boil until a thick porridge, stirring constantly - about 15 minutes. Put the finished pudding on the bottom of the glass goblet, then carefully pour in the orange syrup, garnish with strawberries.
